Due to expansion, Caixa wanted to create a new reception and front of house area for their retail banking division at their City of London Headquarters.
Rowney Sharman were retained by Caxia to act as their project manager / cost consultant during the pre and post contract phases and contract administrator for the construction phase. The works were competitively tendered and let under the JCT Intermediate Form of Building Contract.
The works included the stripping out of the existing finishes and most of the services back to the office shell and the subsequent fitting out to Cat B to a high standard. The contract was completed within 7 weeks, on time and within budget.
