Role: Contract Administrator, Cost Management & Pre-construction CMD Coordinator
This fitting out took place in one floor of the Bermondsey Square development which had been marketed for its green credentials.
The building was not air conditioned but was mechanically ventilated with adiabatic cooling. Three separate contractors were appointed under the control of the principal contractor. The majority of the areas did not have ceilings installed and the concrete soffit was left exposed.
The project was finished on time and within a tight budget.
