This project presented us with a unique challenge as from a standing start with no design, the client was in occupation within 13 weeks of our appointment.
Works included the removal and subsequent re-installation of all existing furniture, CAT6 cabling throughout, new floor finishes, partitioning to create new offices, the complete fitting out from shell and core plus ancillary facilities including laboratories, training suites and IT build rooms. A new comms room was also installed on the first floor.
This fast-track project was completed on time and within budget.
