Located at Giltbrook on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, this new-build retail park comprises 132,000 sq ft of retail space in addition to 33,000 sq ft of retail mezzanine, 85,000 sq ft of industrial units and 2350 car parking spaces, 440 of which are at basement level.
Newport Retail Park is an out-of-town retail park lying to the south east of Newport comprising 18 retail warehouse units. 12 of the units are arranged in a horseshoe configuration, with 6 adjacent units arranged in a terrace with a freestanding unit which has been developed in the car parking area.

The contract was let as a design and build package to HBG Construction.
This project was successfully completed in August 2003 for Deutsche Asset Property Management. The scheme comprises of 107,000 sqft of retail space divided into 13 units including high street names such as NEXT, Boots, WH Smith, OUTFIT, Clarks etc.
For more than five years, Rowney Sharman have acted as Project Manager and Employer's Agent for the Deepdale Shopping Park in Preston, which is ranked within the top ten in the UK.
Since the end of 1999, Rowney Sharman have been employed as Employers Agent and Project Manager on this project for Hermes / Hercules Unit Trust.
The scheme at Phase 1 required the recladding and modernising of certain existing units for new incoming tenants.
Design & build construction of a large new high quality shopping park in Orpington, Kent providing 22 retail units with surface car parking. Throughout the project, close liaison with the Environment Agency was necessary due to the sensitivity to aquifers during the piling process and locating of new buildings in relation to an existing floodplain.
As part of an ongoing successful relationship with British Land, Rowney Sharman were appointed go undertake refurbishment works to the Fort Kinnaird Retail Park whilst tenants were still in occupation and trading.
Works at Colliers Wood comprised overcladding the front elevations of all existing units and the sub-division of Unit 1a to form two new units for high profile household retailers, WH Smith and Clarks.
Rowney Sharman were appointed to oversee the design and construction project to achieve the refurbishment of the existing facades and new build retail units.
