This project was successfully completed in August 2003 for Deutsche Asset Property Management. The scheme comprises of 107,000 sqft of retail space divided into 13 units including high street names such as NEXT, Boots, WH Smith, OUTFIT, Clarks etc.
Rowney Sharman were appointed as Employers Agent and Project Manager and our management style for this scheme, although design and build, was to successfully engender an all embracing team spirit which helped to make it a complete success.
We also worked closely with our client's legal side and managing agents as well as the tenants to ensure that at the letting stage, build ability and practicalities were all considered.
The result has been a resounding success for both our client and tenants who have all been very complimentary.
