Enabling works have commenced at the Whiteley Village Shopping Park in preparation for the construction of a new exciting Shopping Park attracting top tenants to suit market demand. The existing site is being demolished with a target of 97% of arisings avoiding landfill. The new Shopping Park will have a completely new look including glazed elevations, attractive landscape and public realm providing a vibrant new shopping destination at Whiteley.
The project is on target to achieve BREEAM Excellent and will utilize Photovoltaic Technology to significantly reduce the carbon footprint.
Rowney Sharman are Project Managers, Employers Agent and Tenant Liaison Manager which has a target opening of Easter 2013.
